摘要
介绍一种抑制U形件侧壁翘曲的拉深筋优化设计方案,包括在压边圈上设置第一拉深筋以及在凸模上设置第二拉深筋。拉深初期,只有第一拉深筋作用,有效控制压边力大小,避免了零件早期开裂风险;拉深后期,第二拉深筋起作用,进一步增大进料阻力,保证塑性变形更充分。结果表明,采用该拉深筋结构成形的U形件翘曲量可控制在0.5 mm以内,比传统拉深筋翘曲量减少80%。
The optimize design of the draw bead for restraining springback of the U shaped part was presented. It included the first draw bead on the blank holder, and the second draw bead on the punch. On the early drawing stage, the first draw bead worked, which could control the blank holder force and avoid the cracking. Then the second draw bead worked at the end of the drawing, which could raise resistance force of material flow in so as to gain sufficient plastic forming. The result showed that the warpage of the U shaped part could be limited in 0.5 mm by the draw bead presented in this paper, which was reduced 80% warpage compared with the normal draw bead.
