摘要
在480 m高空进行锥形复合钢桁架结构施工,具有相当的难度。基于BIM技术与三维激光扫描仪相结合的虚拟预拼装技术,不仅大大提高了钢构件的加工精度,而且也有效地减小了高空安装的结构偏差,为天津周大福金融中心的上部结构及塔冠施工提供了质量保障。
It is very difficult to carry out conical composite steel truss structure construction at 480 m altitude.Based on the virtual pre-assembly technology combining BIM technology with 3D laser scanner,not only the machining accuracy of steel members is greatly improved,but also the structural deviation of overhead installation is effectively reduced,which can provide quality assurance for the construction of superstructure and tower crown of Tianjin Chow Tai Fook Financial Center.
