摘要
目的:为满足灾害医学救援和军事行动中对五官科的医疗保障需求,设计研制一种眼/耳鼻喉/口腔诊疗方舱,提高野外环境中五官科的医疗救治能力。方法:分析国内外相关装备现状,确定眼/耳鼻喉/口腔诊疗方舱的勤务定位和功能需求,利用计算机辅助设计、系统建模、结构仿真、试验验证等方法,对方舱的展收结构、作业布局、人机工程等进行设计研究。结果:设计的方舱将眼、耳鼻喉和口腔3个科室集成在一个双扩方舱内,具有对眼/耳鼻喉/口腔战、创伤的诊断和救治,常见五官科病的诊疗和多发病的处置以及健康体检和通过性体检等功能,方舱布局设计合理,舱室内温度均衡性较好,满足人机工程要求。结论:眼/耳鼻喉/口腔诊疗方舱提高了应急医学救援和军队卫勤保障中五官专科的医疗救治能力。
Objective To design a medical shelter to meet the medical needs for ophthalmology, stomatology and otorhinolaryngology at field conditions during disaster relief. Methods The shelter had its service orientation and function requirements determined by analyzing the progress of the similar equipment in foreign countries and China, and then had the design executed from the aspects of deployment and withdrawal, operation configuration, ergonomics and etc with computer-aided design, system modeling, structure simulation, trials and etc. Results The shelter adopted a double-expanded structure,which could be used for medical examination of ophthalmology, stomatology and otorhinolaryngology, and also the diagnoses and treatment of war injuries and commonly encountered diseases. The layout, internal temperature and ergonomics indexes met the desired requirements. Conclusion The shelter enhances the response ability for ophthalmology, stomatology and otorhinolaryngology during emergency medical rescue and military medical service support.
