摘要
目的:运用品管圈活动,降低门诊药房自动化调剂设备出药差错率。方法:通过开展品管圈活动,对现况进行分析,找出门诊药房自动化调剂设备出药差错的主要原因,并针对要因制定相应对策,将改进后的效果与活动前进行比较。结果:开展品管圈活动后,门诊药房调剂药品数量接近差错率从活动前的2.95‰降低到0.53‰,低于目标值1.3‰,目标达成。结论:应用品管圈活动能有效降低门诊药房自动化调剂设备出药接近差错率。
        Objective:To explore the application of quality control circle(QCC) on reduction the number of drug delivery errors in outpatient pharmacy.Methods:The reasons for drug delivery errors were analyzed in outpatient pharmacy and corresponding preventive measures formulated through QCC method.Results:After implementation of QCC,the results showed that the rate of allocation errors reduced from 2.95‰ to 0.53‰ each month,which was achieved the goal.Conclusion:Implementation of QCC management can effectively reduced the rate of drug delivery errors.
