摘要
单宁是一种具有抗营养作用的多酚类化合物。其特殊的化学结构使其还具有其他生物学活性。旨在对单宁的抗营养作用、利用价值、去除方法、检测方法以及未来发展方向进行阐述,为畜禽生产中合理利用含有单宁的原料提供参考。
        Tannin is a kind of polyphenols,it is an anti-nutritional factor as well as a matter of biological activities because of its special chemical structure.The purpose of this paper was to expound the anti-nutritional effect,utilization value,removal and detection method and future development of tannin,so as to provide theoretical reference for rational utilization of raw materials with tannin in livestock and poultry production.
