绿色通道护理流程对急诊科主动脉夹层患者的护理效果

摘要
目的观察绿色通道护理流程对急诊科主动脉夹层患者的护理效果。方法回顾性分析我院收治的110例主动脉夹层患者的临床资料,根据不同的护理方式将患者分为对照组(常规急诊护理)和观察组(绿色通道护理),每组55例。对比两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组的急诊期死亡率低于对照组,且急诊救治总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组确诊、急诊停留及转运时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);住院时,两组SBP、DBP、PP、P、SaO2水平均优于就诊时,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用绿色通道护理流程护理主动脉夹层患者,能优化急诊护理程序,为患者赢得救治时间,有效提高救治效率,值得临床应用。
Objective To observe the effect of green channel nursing process for patients with aortic dissection in emergency department. Methods The clinical data of 110 patients with aortic dissection admitted in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. According to different nursing methods, the patients were divided into control group(conventional emergency nursing) and observation group(green channel nursing), with 55 cases in each group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The mortality in the emergency period of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the total effective rate of emergency treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time of diagnosis, emergency stay and transport in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of SBP, DBP, PP, P and SaO2 of the two groups in hospitalization were better than that at visiting time,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Green channel nursing process can optimize the emergency nursing procedure, win the time for treatment and improve the efficiency of treatment, which is worthy of clinical application.
