摘要
基于适配体的高灵敏度和特异性,结合纳米金建立了一种比色检测啶虫脒的方法。啶虫脒诱导纳米金粒子表面的适配体发生结构变化,导致其对纳米金粒子的稳定保护作用减弱,令纳米金粒子容易聚集变色,从而实现啶虫脒的定量检测。优化了NaCl浓度、适配体浓度、反应温度和时间等检测条件。实验结果表明,在0~12μmol/L范围内,随着啶虫脒浓度的增加,该体系吸光度比值A700/A520呈线性增加,检测限为1. 27μmol/L。
Based on the high sensitivity and specificity of aptamers,a method for colorimetric detection of acetamiprid was established in combination with nanogold. The acetamiprid induced structural changes in the aptamer on the surface of the gold nanoparticles,which resulted in the weakening of the protective effect on the gold nanoparticles and made the gold nanoparticles easy to aggregate and discolor,thus realizing the quantitative detection of acetamiprid. In this paper, the detection conditions such as NaCl concentration,aptamer concentration,reaction temperature and time were optimized. The experimental results showed that the absorbance ratio A700/A520 increased linearly with the concentration of acetamiprid in the range of 0 ~ 12 μmol/L, and the detection limit was 1. 27 μmol/L.
