刘敬霞辨证通窍治疗耳鸣

摘要
随着现代生活水平的提高,耳鸣的发病率逐年增多,刘敬霞教授以辨证通窍法治疗耳鸣,认为耳鸣辨证应当分单侧及双侧,其中单侧主要与肺及呼吸道相关,双侧主要与脉管填塞相关,治疗上注重中医辨证与西医辨病相结合,临证采用祛风散寒通窍、逐瘀通窍、升阳通窍及化浊通窍的治法,注重患者平素的饮食、情志调节,达到辨证通窍治疗耳鸣的目的。
With the improvement of modern living standards, the incidence of tinnitus is increasing year by year.
