摘要
研究山麻杆韧皮纤维的提取工艺。采用化学脱胶工艺,先以NaOH浓度、浴比、脱胶时间为因素,纤维细度和断裂强度为指标进行单因素分析,并在此基础上进行三因素三水平的正交试验分析。研究结果表明:当NaOH浓度40 g/L,浴比1∶40,脱胶时间180 min时,脱胶效果最好,纤维细度2.10 dtex,纤维断裂强度38.53 cN/dtex;脱胶后山麻杆韧皮纤维的颜色、手感等均与黄麻等麻类纤维非常接近。
Extraction process of alchornea davidii bast fiber was studied.Chemical degumming process was adopted.Single factor analysis was performed with NaOH concentration,bath ratio,degumming time as elements,fiber fineness and breaking tenacity as index.Based on this,the orthogonal test of three factors three levels was performed.The results showed that the degumming effect was the best when the NaOH concentration was 40 g/L,bath ratio was 1∶40,the degumming time was 180 min,fiber fineness was 2.10 dtex and the fiber breaking tenacity was 38.53 cN/dtex.The color and hand feeling of alchornea davidii bast fiber after degumming was very close to jute fiber.
