摘要
为探讨不同基因型与肉质性状的相关性,为鹌鹑的分子标记辅助选择积累理论资料,选择150只8周龄的优质朝鲜鹌鹑为试验对象,采用PCR-SSCP技术检测基因多态性,分析不同基因型与肉质性状的相关性。结果显示:IGF-I(胰岛素1号增长因子)基因检测到多态性,发现了AA、GG两种不同的基因型,在A36127G处存在碱基突变,在肌内脂肪含量上AA与GG基因型之间差异显著(P<0.05);MyoD(成肌分化抗原)基因也具有多态性,发现了CC、CT、TT三种基因型,在T22453C处存在碱基突变,在肌内脂肪含量上CT与TT基因型之间差异显著(P<0.05)。结果表明,IGF-I、MyoD基因可以作为鹌鹑肉质性状辅助选择分子标记的候选基因。
        In order to explore the correlation between different genotypes and their meat quality traits, theoretical data were accumulated for the molecular marker-assisted selection of sputum. In this study, 150 8-week-age high-quality artichokes were selected as test subjects. PCR-SSCP technique was used to detect gene polymorphisms, and the correlation between different genotypes and meat quality traits was analyzed. The results showed that the polymorphism was successfully detected in IGF-I gene, and two different genotypes of AA and GG were found. There were base mutations at A36127 G,and the difference between AA and GG genotypes was significant in intramuscular fat(P<0.05). MyoD gene also has polymorphism. Three genotypes of CC, CT and TT were found. Sequencing revealed that there were base mutations at T22453 C, and CT and TT genotypes in intramuscular fat expression. The difference was significant(P<0.05). Mutations in bases result in polymorphisms in genes, and different expression levels of different genotypes further affect the expression of meaty traits. The results indicated that IGF-I and MyoD genes could be candidate genes for molecular markers for selective selection of succulent meat traits.
