浅谈硅橡胶扁电缆的制造工艺

摘要
相对于圆电缆,扁电缆的弯曲半径更小、柔软性更好,具有优异的弯曲性能,这使其在发电、冶金、石油、化工等领域中有高温或有耐寒、防腐要求的环境中获得了相当广泛的应用。以YGGB 3×150+1×70型硅橡胶扁电缆为例,介绍了硅橡胶扁电缆各道工序的工艺控制重点。经过严格的生产工艺控制,该电缆完全满足工作场所要求的可频繁移动、柔软、抗拉和耐高温等性能。
