摘要
根据JOY及DBT液压支架底座前后过桥不同的结构特点,进行三维建模,以及在3种恶劣试验工况下的有限元受力分析,结合力流的传递特点和规律,进行对比分析研究,为国内液压支架的设计研发以及进一步提高产品可靠性提供参考。
        According to various structural features of the front and rear bridge of JOY and DBT support base, their 3 D model were established, and then the finite element force analysis in three severe testing modes was carried out. In addition, on the basis of the transmission features and rules of the force flow, the comparative research was conducted. The research offered reference for design and development as well as reliability improvement of the domestic hydraulic support.
