摘要
为解决整体式支架搬运车并联式油气悬架系统横向稳定性较差的问题,提出可提高整车侧倾刚度及阻尼特性的混合连通式油气悬架。在独立悬架单元数学模型基础上,研究混合连通式油气悬架系统的输出特性。通过建立整车侧倾模型,找出侧倾中心及侧倾轴,分析车身侧倾角与横向加速度、侧倾刚度的关系,给出了横向载荷转移表达式。结果表明,较并联式油气悬架系统而言,混合连通式油气悬架具有更好的侧倾刚度和侧倾阻尼,在不影响整车通过性的同时可有效提高侧倾稳定性。
In order to solve the problem of poor transverse stability of the parallel type hydro-pneumatic suspension system in integral type shield carrier, a composite interconnecting hydro-pneumatic suspension system was proposed. It can improve the roll stiffness and damping characteristics of the shield carrier. A mathematical model of the independent suspension unit was set up. The output characteristics of the composite interconnecting hydro-pneumatic suspension system was studied based on the mathematical model. Furthermore, the roll center and roll axis were found through the whole vehicle roll model. The relationship between the roll angle and the lateral acceleration as well as roll stiffness was also investigated. In addition, the expression of the lateral load transfer was generalized. The results showed that the composite interconnecting hydro-pneumatic suspension system presents better roll stiffness and roll damping than that of the parallel type hydro-pneumatic suspension system. Thus, the roll stability was improved effectively without reducing the whole vehicle passing ability.
