摘要
底调机构组成了液压支架主动防滑系统,具有对支架姿态扶正调整以及移架导向的作用。探讨了双控底调千斤顶+底调梁的底调机构的设计方法。通过对底调千斤顶力学分析和底调机构运动学分析,得出底调机构设计参数的计算公式,为大倾角液压支架设计防滑装置提供一定参考。
The bottom-adjusting mechanism is the active anti-slipping system of the hydraulic support, and plays the role of keeping upright posture of the support and guiding the movement of the support. The paper discussed the design method of the dual-control bottom-adjusting mechanism involving the bottom-regulating jack and the bottom-regulating beam. After mechanics analysis on the bottom-regulating jack and dynamics analysis on the bottom-regulating mechanism, the calculation formulas of the design parameters of the bottom-regulating mechanism were obtained, which offered some reference for designing the anti-slipping device of the largeobliquity hydraulic support.
