子宫内膜癌组织叉头框转录因子O亚型3a与基质金属蛋白酶-14表达水平及相关性

摘要
目的检测子宫内膜癌中叉头框转录因子O亚型(FOXO)3a和基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-14的表达。方法 63例行子宫内膜癌根治手术患者作为观察组,并留取术后组织,40例子宫内膜复杂性增生患者术后标本作为对照组,40例增生期子宫内膜诊刮标本作为正常对照组。采用免疫组化SP法检测3组中FOXO3a和MMP-14的表达。结果 FOXO3a和MMP-14在三组中的表达有统计学意义。观察组中FOXO3a和MMP-14的阳性率均与肌层浸润深度、淋巴结累犯密切相关,FOXO3a的阳性率与肿瘤的最大径密切相关。观察组中FOXO3a和MMP-14的表达呈负相关性。结论子宫内膜癌中FOXO3a低表达、MMP-14高表达对肿瘤的形成和进展可能有促进作用,二者具有负向协同作用。
