谫论韩旭教授从气论治冠心病的临床经验

摘要
[目的]介绍韩旭教授从气论治冠心病的学术思想和临床经验。[方法]从冠心病的病名范畴、病因病机、遣方用药等方面阐述韩旭教授治疗本病的经验,并辅以临床治疗典型案例加以说明佐证。[结果]韩旭教授认为,气是人之本,冠心病的病机可以归纳为气虚和气滞,发病机理在于气血失调,治疗上应注重调理气机,使气血调和,并以"十六味流气饮"加减应用临床,疗效显著。[结论]韩旭教授从气论治冠心病的学术思想及临床经验在实践中行之有效,临床上以"十六味流气饮"加减治疗冠心病疗效显著,值得进一步深入研究。
[Objective]This paper mainly introduced the clinical experience of Professor HAN Xu in the treatment of coronary heart disease from the perspective of Qi.[Methods]To elaborate Professor HAN's experience in the treatment of coronary heart disease, the author mainly described the cause and pathology of the disease as well as the therapeutic method. In order to better describe this therapy, a clinical case was reported. [Results]Professor HAN believes that Qi is the foundation of human beings,and the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease can be classified as Qi deficiency and Qi stagnation,whose pathogenesis is Qi and blood disorders. Treatment should focus on regulating Qi, to reconcile Qi and blood, and Sixteen Kinds of Gas Decoction and clinically has good effects.[Conclusion]The theory showed promising clinical outcome and was worth of a wide application.
