摘要
针对化学实验教学,自主研制了危险化学试剂发样器。根据物理学的"反虹吸原理"设计,利用其独一无二的特性,简化了学生实验操作步骤,也节省了通风柜内有效空间,缩短了学生等候时间。同时,避免操作中人为因素带来的量取误差。通过实验教学中应用,充分体现其实用性和高效性。学生们实验操作有了安全保障,实验室环境大为改善。
In view of chemical experiment teaching,a sampling device for dangerous chemical reagent has been developed independently.According to the physical design of the "Anti-siphon principle",and by using its unique characteristics,the experimental operation steps are simplified,the effective space in the ventilating kitchen is saved,and the students' waiting time is shortened.At the same time,the errors caused by human factors in operation are avoided.Through the application of experimental teaching,its practicality and efficiency can be fully demonstrated,and the students' safety in laboratory operation has been ensured and the laboratory environment has been greatly improved.
