替吉奥胶囊治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效

摘要
目的观察替吉奥胶囊治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法晚期胃癌患者120例均分为两组:A组口服替吉奥胶囊40～60mg/次,每天2次,连续口服2周,休息1周后重复治疗1次;B组手术后第3～5天待肛门通气后通过鼻肠营养管给予肠内营养剂能全力,用量从500ml/d逐渐增至1000～1500ml/d。比较两组疗效和不良反应。结果A组治疗有效率为90.0%,高于B组的75.0%(P<0.05)。A组白细胞、红细胞、血小板减少以及恶心、呕吐、周围神经毒性均较B组减轻(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论替吉奥胶囊对晚期胃癌具有较好的治疗效果,有助于改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To observe the efficacy of tegafur,gimeracil and oteracil potassium capsules(S-1)in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods A total of 120 patients with advanced gastric cancer was assigned into two groups with 60 cases each.The patients in group A were treated with oral S-1 40-60 mg twice a day for 14 days,which was repeated after a interval of7 days.The patients in group B were treated with nutritional support therapy,which was performed using an infusion of nutrison fibre via naso-enteral nutrition tube on the 3 rd to 5 th days after operation as long as passage of gas by anus recovered.The nutrison fibre was infused started in a dose of 500 ml per day,which was increased gradually upto 1500 ml per day.The efficacy and adverse responses were compared between two groups.Results The effectiveness rate of group A was higher than that of group B(90.0%vs.75.0%)(P<0.05).The adverse responses such as leukopenia,erythrocytopenia,thrombocytopenia,nausea,vomiting and peripheral neurotoxicity were slighter in group A than those in group B(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion S-1 is effective in the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer with slighter adverse responses,which is helpful to improve the quality of life of the patients.
