韩玲辨证治疗小儿过敏性紫癜

摘要
韩玲教授认为过敏性紫癜系热毒入里,血热妄行、湿遏气机、气血亏虚,风热之邪夹杂湿邪,风热毒瘀阻络贯穿整个过程。早期以风热之邪夹杂湿热邪气居多,后期以心脾气血亏虚为主,湿邪贯彻疾病始终。治疗应积极寻找诱因,避免接触过敏原,减少感染;对平素体质一般,容易上呼吸道感染的患儿应注意加强防护,积极清除慢性感染灶,以免诱发;禁食易过敏的药物及食物。
HAN Ling professor managed that allergic purpura in toxic heat,blood-heat bleeding,wet deterring Qi activity,deficiency of Qi and blood, Hot wind evil mixed origin, wind heat poison and blood stasis resistance throughout the entire process. Early in the majority with wind heat the evil with evil of damp and hot,later is given priority to with anaemia empty heart temper. Evidence-based medicine, along with the add and subtract, curative effect is remarkable. Treatment should be actively looking for incentives, to avoid contact with allergens, reduce infection; the usual physical and easy infection of the upper respiratory tract of children should pay attention to strengthening the protection and clear chronic infection focus positively, so as not to cause; fast easy allergy drug and food.
