功能化酸性离子液体[BSO_3HMIM][PTSA]催化制备月桂酸乙酯

摘要
制备了功能化酸性离子液体[BSO_3HMIM][PTSA],用于催化月桂酸和乙醇制备月桂酸乙酯,采用单因素实验探讨酸醇摩尔比、离子液体[BSO_3HMIM][PTSA]用量、反应温度和反应时间等因素对酯化率的影响。结果表明,当酸醇摩尔比n(月桂酸):n(无水乙醇)=1:3、离子液体[BSO_3HMIM][PTSA]用量为反应物总质量的6%、反应温度为85℃、反应时间为4 h时,酯化率可达91.5%,离子液体[BSO_3HMIM][PTSA]重复使用5次后,酯化率仍高于89%。
        A functional acidic ionic liquid [BSO3 HMIM][PTSA] was prepared, which was used to catalyze lauric acid and ethanol to prepare ethyl Laurate. The effects of the molar ratio of acid and alcohol, the amount of ionic liquid [BSO3 HMIM][PTSA], reaction temperature and reaction time on the esterification rate were investigated by single factor experiment. The results show that the esterification rate can reach 91.5% when the molar ratio of acid to alcohol n is 1:3, the amount of ionic liquid [BSO3 HMIM][PTSA] is 6% of the total mass of reactants, the reaction temperature is 85 ℃ and the reaction time is 4 h. After repeated use of ionic liquid[BSO3 HMIM][PTSA] for 5 times, the esterification rate was still higher than 89%.
