新型小分子席夫碱离子液晶的合成及液晶性能研究

摘要
以对氨基苯酚和对硝基苯甲醛合成4-硝基-4'-羟基对苯席夫碱;再由4-硝基-4'-羟基对苯席夫碱与1,10-二溴癸烷合成4-硝基-4'(10-溴癸烷氧基)对苯席夫碱;最后与咪唑反应,合成目标化合物4-硝基-4'(10溴咪唑癸烷氧基)二苯席夫碱离子液晶化合物。通过IR、~1HNMR、~(13)CNMR及元素分析等方法对化合物结构进行了表征。通过DSC和偏光显微镜研究了化合物的液晶性能。研究表明该物质具有热致液晶性,是新型席夫碱离子液晶化合物。
        Firstly,using p-aminophenol and p-nitrobenzaldehyde synthesized p-benzene-4-nitro-4'-hydroxy Schiff. Secondly,using p-benzene-4-nitro-4'-hydroxy Schiff and 1,10-dibromo decane synthesized p-benzene-4-nitro-4'( 10-bromodecane) Schiff.Finally,using p-benzene-4-nitro-4'( 10-bromodecane) Schiff reacted with imidazole synthesized the target compound 4-nitro-4'( 10 bromimidazole decane-oxy) diphenyl Schiff base ionic liquid crystal compound.The structure of the target compound was characterized by IR,~1 HNMR,~(13)CNMR and elemental analysis. The liquid crystal properties of the target compound were studied by DSC and polarizing microscope.The results showed that the target compound has thermotropic liquid crystal properties and it was a new type of Schiff base ionic liquid crystal.
