摘要
玉米深加工产品因其独特的营养组成而逐渐得到关注,而玉米胚芽产品还有待进一步开发。玉米胚芽多肽是一种天然活性物质,其营养价值较高,是一种较为理想的玉米深加工产品,在食品及医药行业都将有很大的应用价值。文章在已有的研究基础上,就玉米胚芽多肽的提取、纯化、精制以及生物活性的检测进行了分析和总结,为将来玉米胚芽多肽产品的开发应用奠定了基础。
        Corn deep-processing products are increasingly known for their special nutritional components,but corn germ products need to be further developed.Corn germ peptide is a natural active substance with high nutritive value.As an ideal corn deep-processing product,it is of great application value in the food and pharmaceutical industries.On the basis of existing research,the extraction,purification and bioactivity detection of corn germ peptides are analyzed and summarized,which lays a foundation for the future development and application of corn germ peptide products.
