摘要
针对渐开线内花键槽有具有加工精度要求高、切削环境恶劣等特点,首先,设计了适应于渐开线内花键槽精密加工的拉削刀具,并研发了该类拉削刀具的加工工艺。其次,探究了渐开线内花键深孔加工工艺。最后,由拉削刀具、拉削工装、渐开线内花键齿轮组成的工艺系统共同保证了渐开线内花键的精密加工,并得到了试切验证。
        At the present stage,the involute spline connection of the automotive industry is widely used,and the precision machining of involute splines has received more and more attention. In order to meet the requirements of high processing accuracy and poor cutting environment for involute spline grooves. Firstly,broaching tools adapted to the involute spline groove precision machining were designed,and the processing technology of such broaching tools was developed. Secondly,the in-line spline deep hole machining process was explored. Finally,the process system consisting of a broaching tool,a broaching tooling,and an involute spline gear together ensure the precision machining of the involute splines,and has been verified by the test cut.
