摘要

基于对"半费之讼"的逻辑分析以及转换立场的反思,从逻辑学家和法官两个不同立场出发,引导学生对其进行反复思索,逐步推进学生主动、独立、积极的分析与探究。这样的互动课堂不仅使学生学习了如何进行逻辑思维与批判性思维,培养了理性分析能力和批判性思维素养,而且在挑战自我、挑战已有观点,甚至挑战权威的思维过程中,增强了对自己逻辑与批判性思维能力的信心;通过思维导图梳理、总结整个思维过程,则进一步实现了学生在思维能力和水平方面的综合提升,是以学生为主体、以学生学习成果为导向的教改尝试。
        Based on the logic analysis of"half-fee litigation"and the reflection of the position conversion between logicians and judges, students are guided to ponder, which gradually promotes students. initiatives to analyze and explore independently and positively. Such an interactive classroom not only enables students to think logically and critically, but also cultivates rational analytical ability and critical thinking literacy, and enhances their confidence by challenging themselves, challenging existing ideas, and even challenging authorities. The summarization of the whole thinking process with the help of mind map also enhances the students' capacity of thinking. It is a learner-centered and achievement-oriented teaching reform.
