摘要
钢板弹簧片间摩擦力做功对钢板弹簧的性能有重要影响,而在传统的钢板弹簧分析中很少考虑到摩擦力做功的问题。为了定量分析钢板弹簧片间摩擦力做功的情况,提出了一种少片变截面钢板弹簧在静载压缩下摩擦力做功的计算方法。首先分析了钢板弹簧的受力情况,建立钢板弹簧的分析模型,从而推出钢板弹簧变形能的表示方法。然后,根据能量转换关系,推导出钢板弹簧在静载压缩下摩擦功的计算公式。最后,通过实验验证了此计算方法的可行性,为研究钢板弹簧在动载荷下的受力情况和摩擦机理提供参考。
        The friction between the spring and the plate has an important effect on the performance of the leaf spring,and in the traditional analysis of the leaf spring,the friction problem is rarely taken into account.In order to quantitatively analyze the friction between the plate springs,a method of calculating the friction force of a small piece of variable cross section steel leaf spring under static load compression is proposed.Firstly,the stress of the leaf spring is analyzed,and the analysis model of the leaf spring is established to introduce the method of the deformation energy of the steel plate spring.Then,according to the energy conversion relation,the calculation formula of the friction work of the steel plate spring under static load compression is deduced. Finally,the feasibility of this method is verified by experiments,which can be used to study the stress and friction mechanism of steel plate spring under dynamic load.
