摘要
目的本研究探讨新生儿脐血IgE水平的可能影响因素,为食物过敏早期干预提供依据。方法前瞻性连续选取孕期妇女及其所生婴儿374例,采用标准问卷调查获取资料,用荧光酶联免疫方法检测脐血总IgE水平。结果母亲孕期饮奶与脐血IgE水平的上升有关,且孕期饮奶量与脐血IgE水平正相关。结论妊娠期母亲饮奶是导致新生儿脐血IgE水平升高的危险因素。
Objective To study some factors which may be suspected of leading to high cord blood IgE levels. Methods Totally 374 mothers and their babies were involved in this study. A standard questionnaire was finished at the babies 3 days.Cord blood was collected when the baby was born for total IgE levels detecting. The factors influencing the cord blood IgE levels were analyzed. Results Mother′s milk consumption during pregnancy is associated with elevated cord blood IgE levels. Conclusion Mother′s milk consumption during pregnancy is a risk factor for elevated cord blood IgE levels.
