摘要
目的:探讨经颅多普勒(TCD)对椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)性脑血管病的诊断价值。采用CBS-IITCD仪,以2Hz、8Hz的探头分别检测椎-基底动脉各段血管的血流速度、搏动指数、频谱形态、音频信号及频谱灰度。结果:发现推动脉(VA)或基底动脉(BA)异常215例,动脉硬化110例,其中合并血管狭窄22例,总异常率为87%。结论:应用TCD检测椎-基底动脉供血不足具有安全性、无痛性、快速化、高度灵敏,并可动态检查,适时了解椎-基底动脉血流动力学情况,为椎-基底动脉供血不足的病因诊断及鉴别诊断提供了重要依据。
Objective:To detect the valuable research on clinical diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease Of VBI by TCD. Method:The measurements included the maximal velocity in systole(V max ) ,the minimal velocity in late diastole (Vmin) ,the mean enveloped velocity (Vmean) ,the resistance index(RI) , the pulsative index(PI),pattern of waveform of VB and BA by TCD and 2r^8Hz Probes.Result: The results confirmed that blood velocity of flow was abnormity in 215 cases (87%) , among which, arteriosclerosis 110 and intracranial stenosis arteries 22.Conclusion: The TCD detection is a secure, painless, improved simple and highly sensitive way to exam timely blood velocity of flow, what s more which could provide the important evidence on clinical diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease Of VBI by TCD.
