小微企业融资困境分析与国际经验借鉴

摘要
基于我国小微企业发展和经营现状,从宏观政策、商业银行、小微企业和信息不对称角度全面剖析融资困境原因,借鉴发达国家促进小微企业融资的相关法律法规、财税政策、金融服务环境和基础配套措施等模式经验,提出解决我国小微企业融资难题的配套方法与建议:改进政府管理与政策支持体系、加强面向小微企业的金融服务功能、加强基础信用服务建设。
Based on the status quo of small and micro enterprise development and management in China, the paper analyzes the causes for the financing plight for small and micro enterprises from the perspectives of macro policy, commercial banks, small and micro enterprises and information asymmetry. By drawing lessons from the model experience of developed countries in promoting small and micro enterprise financing of the relevant laws and regulations, the fiscal and taxation policy, financial services environment and infrastructure, it puts forward a complete set of solutions to the small and micro enterprise financing plight: improving government management and policy supporting system, strengthening the financial service function for small and micro enterprise, and enhancing the construction of basic credit services.
