匹多莫德联合头孢克肟对肺炎支原体肺炎患者免疫功能及炎症因子的影响

摘要
目的探究匹多莫德联合头孢克肟对肺炎支原体肺炎(mycoplasmal pneumoniae pneumonia,MMP)患者免疫功能及炎症因子的影响。方法方便选取2016年2月—2018年2月该院收治的MMP患者150例,随机将其分为观察组(75例)及对照组(75例)。对照组单纯给予头孢克肟胶囊治疗,在此基础上,观察组加用匹多莫德治疗,均连续治疗4周。比较两组临床疗效、复发情况,检测并观察两组治疗前免疫功能及炎症因子及水平的差异。结果观察组临床疗效(96.00%)明显高于对照组(84.00%)(χ~2=6.00,P=0.01);治疗后,观察组炎症因子IFN-γ、TNF-α(80.57±7.46)pg/L,(1.45±0.15)ng/L明显低于对照组(89.03±8.62)pg/L,(1.69±0.24)ng/L (P<0.01),而IL-2、IL-4 (8.46±1.81)ng/L,(45.52±2.53)ng/L则高于对照组(6.58±1.09)ng/L,(34.08±3.90)ng/L(P<0.01);观察组免疫功能IgG(12.68±1.98)g/L明显高于对照组(10.49±1.59)g/L,而IgA、IgM(0.59±0.19)g/L,(1.01±0.37))g/L低于对照组(0.79±0.28)g/L,(1.36±0.50)g/L(P<0.01);此外,观察组复发率(2.67%)明显低于对照组(16.00%)(χ~2=7.88,P=0.01)。结论匹多莫德联合头孢克肟可有效改善MMP患者炎症状态,改善机体免疫功能,疗效显著且预后良好,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effects of Pidotimod combined with Cefixime on immune function and inflammatory factors in patients with mycoplasmal pneumonia pneumonia(MMP). Methods A total of 150 MMP patients admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were convenient randomly divided into observation group(75 cases) and control group(75 cases). The control group was treated with cefixime capsule alone. On this basis, the observation group was treated with pidotimod for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy and recurrence of the two groups were compared. The differences in immune function, inflammatory factors and levels between the two groups were detected and observed. Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group(96.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(84.00%)(χ~2=6.00, P=0.01).
