摘要
水运工程计量体系构建是实现水运工程计量工作的有效、有序开展的重要基础,是实现交通强国战略的重要支撑和保障。文章从水运工程计量法律法规体系、计量组织体系、计量技术体系及计量基础设施等方面阐述了水运工程计量体系的基本构架,分析了水运工程计量体系的现状情况,并对完善水运工程计量法律法规体系需要开展的工作进行了展望。
        The construction of metrology system in the field of transportation is the basis for conducting measurement in an orderly and effective manner and strategic underpinning for reinvigorating China through transportation development. In this paper,the framework of China' s metrology system in the field of water transportation was elaborated from the perspective of relevant laws and regulations,the metrology organization systems and metrology technology systems. The realities of metrology system in China were analyzed,and the work to be done in the future to improve the laws and regulations of metrology in the field of water transportation was demonstrated.
