摘要
音调性耳鸣是一种耳鸣频率可以被匹配出来的主观性耳鸣。目前大部分主观性耳鸣尚无有效的治疗方法,但针对音调性耳鸣的一种新的治疗方法——个性化切迹音乐治疗被提出,其疗效值得期待。本文就个性化切迹音乐治疗音调性耳鸣的原理、方法、临床疗效等进行综述,探讨其存在的问题及临床应用前景。
        Tonal tinnitus is a subjective tinnitus with its frequency matched. At present, for most subjective tinnitus there are no effective treatments. A novel treatment for tonal tinnitus-tailor-made notched music training(TMNMT)-has been introduced. Its efficacy has been confirmed in both domestic and international clinical trials. This paper intend to write a summary with special reference to the mechanism, methods and clinical effects of tailor-made notched music training for tonal tinnitus, and discusses its problems and clinical application prospects.
