影响坪北油田油井生产的主要因素及治理对策

摘要
坪北油田是典型低渗透油田,随着开发的不断深入,老井产量下降较快。分析发现影响油井生产的因素较多,主要有油井套漏、井筒结垢、杆管偏磨、地层能量不足等。结合油田实际,深化油藏认识,采取对套漏井实施二次固井,对结垢严重井实施井筒清洁,开展管柱、杆柱、工作参数优化,针对地层能量不足,加强注水,提升水质,等等措施,取得了较好的效果,有效提高了坪北油田油井管理水平。
        Pingbei Oilfield is a typical low permeability oilfield. With deepening development, its maturing well production declines rapidly. The analysis finds that the influence factors include well casing leakage, wellhole scaling, off-center wear and stratum energy shortage. Countermeasures are taken to effectively improve oil wells management level. The countermeasures include deepening reservoir understanding based on the oilfield reality, carrying out secondary cementing on casing leaking holes, cleaning wellbore with serious scaling, optimizing string, rod and working parameters and strengthening water injection and promoting water quality in respond to stratum energy shortage.
