摘要
德兴铜矿泗洲选矿厂二期碎矿工段圆锥矿仓漏斗衬板磨损过快,漏斗衬板更换频繁。为解决衬板磨损过快问题,对衬板使用要求、工况及耐磨特点进行了详细地分析,结合各种影响因素对衬板材质进行了更换,并对衬板结构形式进行了改进,改善了衬板的耐磨性。改进后的衬板使用寿命大大提高,也节约了大量的生产成本。
The funnel liner wears too fast and the funnel liner is replaced frequently in the second stage ore-crushing section of Sizhou Concentrator in Dexing Copper Mine. In order to solve the problem of fast wear of the liner, the requirements, working conditions and wear resistance of the liner are analyzed in detail, and the lining material is replaced with various influence factors, and the structure of the lining plate is improved to improve the wear resistance of the lining plate. The service life of the improved liner is greatly improved, and a large number of production costs are saved.
