摘要
为了适应中国制造业的管理情境,更高效地实施全面质量管理,需要凝练优秀企业经验,找到质量管理实践中能显著改善质量水平、提升企业绩效的关键要素。运用扎根理论研究方法,对中国质量奖获奖制造企业的质量管理实践进行了系统分析,通过三级编码构建理论模型,研究发现"大质量"文化建设、产业链共赢策略、"互联网+"质量信息管理等六项当前制造企业实施全面质量管理的关键要素,并分析了中西方制造企业质量管理实践的差异及深层原因,为中国制造企业改善质量管理实践提供理论支持和实践参考。
In order to deploy Total Quality Management(TQM) more efficiently in the management situation of Chinese manufacturing industry,critical factors that can significantly raise quality level in quality management practice of Chinese manufacturing enterprises should be revealed.Taking the approach based on Grounded Theory such as coding analysis,a case study on the quality management practices of four winner enterprises of China Quality Prize was conducted,and six TQM factors such as Win-win strategy of industrial chain were summarized.Besides,the differences between Chinese and foreign manufacturing enterprises and the reasons according to the research results were analyzed,which provides reference for Chinese enterprises to make decisions on quality management.
