摘要
为满足全覆膜膜上穴播的机械化作业要求,设计了一款全覆膜直插式穴播机。该机利用组合槽轮机构驱动实现间歇运动,以曲柄滑块机构做直线往复运动进行直插播种,成穴器垂直入土、出土,并在入土到最低端强制开启,实现零速投种,解决了传统滚轮穴播器膜上播种时存在撕膜、挑膜、穴位错孔等问题。全覆膜玉米膜上播种试验表明:整机作业性能优异,关键指标均达到NY/T 987-2006《铺膜穴播机作业质量》标准的要求。
In order to meet the mechanized operation requirements for hole seeding involving whole plastic mulching,a direct insert hill-seeder with whole plastic-film mulching is designed. It utilizes a combined Geneva mechanism to realize intermittent motion and a slider-crank mechanism to realize reciprocating linear movement for direct insert seeding,with a hole former vertically going into and out of the soil and forced to start at the lowest point it reaches in the soil,thereby realizing zero-speed seeding and solving the problems like tearing film,picking film and seeding dislocation at the hole site with traditional roller hole seeders during seeding operation on the membrane. The seeding test on the corn membrane involving whole plastic film mulching shows that the machine has outstanding operation performance,and that all its key indicators meet the requirements in the standard NY/T 987-2006 Operation Quality of Membrane Dibbing Machines.
