丹参川芎嗪注射液联合前列地尔治疗早期糖尿病肾病对炎性因子及尿微量白蛋白的影响

摘要
目的:探究丹参川芎嗪注射液联合前列地尔对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者炎性因子及尿微量白蛋白的影响。方法:将88例早期DN患者随机分为两组,各44例。对照组采用前列地尔治疗,研究组在其基础上加用丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗,对比治疗前后两组相关疗效指标的差异。结果:治疗后,研究组的中医证候评分,血清肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)及24 h尿微量白蛋白排泄量(UAE)水平,血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹参川芎嗪注射液联合前列地尔可改善早期DN患者机体炎性状态,促进肾功能恢复。
Objective To probe into the influence of salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection combined with alprostadil for inflammatory factors and urinary microalbumin in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy( DN). Method 88 cases of early patients with DN were randomly divided into two groups,44 cases in each group. The control group were treated with alprostadil,while the study group was treated with Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection. Then,the difference of relative clinical effect between the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results After the treatment,the TCM syndrome score,serum Scr,BUN and UAE levels,serum hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride Injection combined Alprostadil which can improve the inflammatory status and promote the recovery of renal function in patients with early DN.
