荆花胃康胶丸与兰索拉唑联合治疗胃十二指肠溃疡患者的临床效果分析

摘要
目的分析荆花胃康胶丸与兰索拉唑联合治疗胃十二指肠溃疡患者的临床效果。方法回顾性分析68例胃十二指肠溃疡患者的临床资料,根据不同治疗方式将其分为研究组(34例)与对照组(34例)。对照组给予常规药物与兰索拉唑联合治疗,研究组给予荆花胃康胶丸与兰索拉唑联合治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除率以及不良反应发生率。结果研究组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的Hp根除率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的各不良反应发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论荆花胃康胶丸与兰索拉唑联合治疗胃十二指肠溃疡患者的临床效果十分显著,有利于进一步提升治疗效果与Hp根除率,且不良反应发生率低,安全性高,值得在临床治疗工作中推广运用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Jinghua Weikang gelatin pearls combined with lansoprazole in the treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer. Methods The clinical data of 68 patients with gastroduodenal ulcer treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into study group(34 cases) and control group(34 cases)according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with conventional drugs combined lansoprazde,and the study group was treated with Jinghua Weikang gelatin pearls and lansoprazole. The total effective rate of treatment, the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was satistically significant(P <0.05); the Hp eradication rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was not significantly different(P >0.05). Conclusion The Jinghua Weikang gelatin pearls combined with lansoprazole in the treatment of gastroduodenal ulcer has significant clinical effect, which is beneficial to further enhance the therapeutic effect and Hp eradication rate, with low incidence of adverse reactions and high safety, which is worthy of clinical treatment work promotion.
