青年男体非接触式测量系统围度拟合的完善

摘要
二维非接触测量系统是一项新兴的数字化服装技术。为了提高二维非接触式人体测量系统围度尺寸预测的精准度,尤其对于胸围、腹围等关键围度,以272名在校男大学生为研究对象,用人体各围度的宽厚比作为体型分类的依据,采用高度定位的方法,从三维扫描仪获取的点云图和人体正侧面照片中获取相关数据,并将获取的数据进行对应和筛选,然后进行青年男体围度尺寸测定与分析研究,建立拟合方程。实验结果表明,胸围、腹围、腰围和臀围等的拟合结果较理想,且预测的精准度得到了明显的提高,同时也证明了二维非接触测量方法的可行性。
        2D non-contact measurement system is an emerging digital clothing technology. In order to improve the precision of predicting girth sizes in 2D non-contact body measurement system,especially for the chest circumference and the abdominal circumference etc.,272 young male students were selected as research subjects. Width-tothickness ratio of each size of human body served as the classification basis. High positioning method was adopted to gain point cloud images from 3D scanner and gain relevant data from front and side photos of human body. Besides,the data were screened. Then,this paper measured and analyzed girth sizes of young men as well as set up fitting formulas. The results show that the fitting results of chest circumference,abdominal girth,waistline and hip circumference are relatively ideal,and prediction precision improves significantly; meanwhile,the feasibility of 2D non-contact measurement method is demonstrated.
