双套囊气管导管在清醒患者气管插管中的临床应用

摘要
目的研究双套囊气管导管在清醒患者气管插管中的临床应用效果。方法随机选取2016年10月至2017年12月我院收治的需气管内插管全麻的清醒患者120例为研究对象,根据患者入院时间将其分为单套组和双套组。单套组患者60例,给予单套囊气管导管内插管麻醉;双套组60例,给予双套囊气管导管内插管麻醉。比较两组患者的机械通气时间、住院时间及不良反应。结果经插管麻醉后,双套组患者的机械通气时间和住院时间明显较单套组更短;不良反应发生情况明显低于对照组。组间比较数据差异具有统计学意义,P<0. 05。结论双套囊气管导管应用于清醒患者气管插管麻醉中具有显著效果,有助于缩短患者机械通气时间和住院时间,减少插管中出现的不良反应情况,因而我们认为双套囊具有较高的临床使用价值。
Objective To study the clinical application effect of double cystic tracheal catheter in tracheal intubation of conscious patients. Methods A total of 120 sober patients admitted to our hospital for tracheal intubation and general anesthesia from October2016 to December 2017 were randomly selected as subjects,and divided into the single set-group and the double-set group according to the admission time of the patients. The single set group of 60 patients was treated with single set of endotracheal intubation. The double-set group of 60 cases was treated with anesthesia with endotracheal intubation. Anesthetic effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After intubation anesthesia,the mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization time of patients in the double-set group were significantly shorter than those in the single-set group. The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group. The data differences between the groups were statistically significant( P < 0. 05).Conclusion The application of double-sleeve tracheal catheter in tracheal intubation anesthesia in conscious patients has significant effect,which is helpful to shorten the time of mechanical ventilation and hospitalization and reduce the adverse reactions caused by the endotracheal intubation.
