2013—2017年成都市成华区在校中小学生健康检查状况

摘要
目的了解成都市成华区中小学生生长发育和健康状况,为指导中小学生调节身体健康状况,开展学校卫生检测管理工作提供科学依据。方法收集2013—2017年成都市成华区363 581名中小学生健康检查资料,对身高、营养及视力情况等进行统计分析。结果成华区男女生身高和体重上等率逐年上升,身高和体重下等率呈现逐年下降的趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而女生体重下等率变化不明显。与前3年相比,2016和2017年男生与女生的营养不良及肥胖检出率均有下降,2013—2017年男生营养不良及肥胖的检出率均高于女生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。5年间男生和女生高度近视检出率逐年上升,且女生视力不良率高于男生。结论成华区中小学生生长发育趋势良好,但肥胖及视力不良等情况仍较严重,需进一步加强学生健康检查及健康教育工作,对于提升中小学生的体质具有重要意义。
[Objective]To understand the growth and health status of primary and secondary school students in Chenghua District of Chengdu City, provide scientific basis for guiding the adjustment of physical health of primary and secondary school students and carrying out school health inspection and management. [Methods] The physical examination data of 363 581 primary and secondary school students in Chenghua District of Chengdu City from 2013-2017 were collected, and the height, nutrition and eyesight were statistically analyzed.[Results] The superiority rate of height and weight among boys and girls in Chenghua District increased year by year, while the inferiority rate of height and weight decreased year by year, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). However, the inferiority rate of weight among girls has obviously not changed. Compared with the previous three years, the detection rate of malnutrition and obesity in boys and girls decreased significantly in 2016 and 2017,while the detection rates of malnutrition and obesity in boys were higher than those in girls, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). In the past five years, the prevalence of high myopia in boys and girls increased year by year, and the poor eyesight rate of girls was higher than that of boys. [Conclusion] The growth and development trend of primary and secondary school students in Chenghua District is good, but obesity and poor eyesight are still serious. It is necessary to further strengthen the physical health examinations and health education work among students, which is of great significance for improving the physical and mental health of primary and secondary school students.
