摘要

《温病条辨》养阴之法内容丰富,主要体现在:1温病治疗时时处处以顾护阴津为要;2温病初起忌汗;3阳明经热忌淡渗利尿;4阳明腑实慎单用攻下;5苦易化燥,清热慎用苦寒;6重阴不废阳,继承回阳救逆法则。以上原则大大提高了温病的防治效果,值得临床探究和效仿。
        Wenbing Tiaobian was rich in content for cultivate Yin,reflected in 1 the important thing is protecting Yinjin. 2avoiding sweat when start the warm disease; 3avoiding diuresis when heat in Yangming channel; 4when Yangming fu-viscera excess,careful use purgative; 5bitter easy change to dry,so careful use bitter cold when clear heat; 6attach importance to Yin,while not give up Yang,inherit the method of recuperating depleted yang. Above principles improve the curative effects of warm disease. It was exploring and imitation.
