摘要
[目的]探讨基于跨理论模型构建的健康教育模型对牙周病病人健康行为管理的影响。[方法]选择2016年2月—5月在我院就诊的340例牙周病病人作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(158例)和观察组(182例)。对照组实施常规牙周病治疗和传统健康教育方法,观察组实施常规牙周病治疗和基于跨理论模型构建的口腔健康行为管理。干预前后比较两组牙周病病人行为改变阶段、口腔健康行为管理水平、口腔卫生指数。[结果]干预后6个月观察组牙周病病人行为改变阶段明显前移,口腔健康管理水平明显高于对照组,口腔卫生指数显著低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]基于跨理论模型构建的健康教育,有助于提高牙周病病人口腔健康管理水平,对于牙周病的治疗起着积极作用。
        Objective:To explore the influence of health education model based on trans-theoretical model on periodontal disease patients.Methods:A total of 340 cases of periodontal disease patients admitted to our hospital in February and May 2016 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into control group(158 cases)and observation group(182 cases).The patients in control group received conventional periodontal treatment and traditional health education method,and the observation group received conventional periodontal treatment and oral health behavior management based on trans-theoretical model construction.Before and after the intervention,two groups of patients with periodontal disease were compared in the stages of behavior change,oral health behavior management level and oral health index.Results:After the intervention,the observation group of periodontal disease patients showed significant progress in the behavioral change stage,and the oral health management level was significantly higher than that in control group,and the oral health index was significantly lower than that in control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusions:Healthy education based on the trans-theoretical model was helpful to improve the oral health management level of patients with periodontal disease and played an active role in the treatment of periodontal disease.
