摘要
目的建立微生物法测定婴幼儿乳粉中烟酸含量的分析方法。方法通过比较不同浓度标准曲线对同一标准物质样品的测定结果,确定准确最优的线性浓度范围,并在该标准范围内进行重复性及加标回收实验。结果当烟酸标曲线性浓度范围为5.0~50.0ng时,线性关系良好(r~2=0.996)。该方法的相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)为1.71%(n=6),平均回收率为94.4%。结论该方法稳定准确,适合用于测定婴幼儿乳粉中烟酸的含量。
        Objective To establish a method for the determination of niacin in infant milk powder by microbiological method. Methods By comparing the measurement results of the same standard substance sample with different concentration standard curves, the accurate and optimal linear concentration range was determined, and the repeatability and spike recovery test were carried out within the standard range. Results When the nicotinic acid standard concentration range was 5.0-50.0 ng, the linear relationship was good(r~2=0.996). The relative standard deviation(RSD) of the method was 1.71%(n=6), and the average recovery was 94.4%. Conclusion The method is stable and accurate, which is suitable for determining the content of niacin in infant milk powder.
