摘要
711编写了"液力偶合器液压系统仿真分析软件",可对多种工况进行模拟,具有较准确的液力偶合器液压系统仿真分析计算能力、根据使用者需求调整技术参数,提供相应的数据反馈如接脱排时间、油压等。这种以AMEsim为后台软件、通过Python语言编写的用户GUI(Graphical User Interface用户图形交互界面)使得用户可直接视窗化修改模型参数,无需AMESim软件的相关专业知识,从而便于具有偶合器专业知识但软件操作知识较少的技术开发人员可以较为快捷简易地测试与调整设计方案,降低了软件使用门槛。
        SMDERI had programmed a Fluid Coupling hydraulic software based on AMEsim,which can emulate multi fluid coupling working condition.Such software could calculate mutli technical data such as the oil pressure、bonding time refer to the user iuput.However,the AMEsim system is a complex system and uneasy for a freshman who may be veteran in designing fluid coupling to utilize the AMEsim system.Therefore the SMDERI engineer had developed a new user GUI based on python which can invoke the parameter inside the AMEsim made the utilizing easily for the user.The graphic user interface is distinct and easy to master along with expansibility.
