摘要
针对某液力偶合器在考核试验中油泵油管在管接头处断裂的故障,从管接头加工缺陷、管接头受力过载、油泵振动过大等因素进行分析,分析表明:油管断裂主要原因是油泵振动偏大,在改进了油泵支承结构后,油泵的振动情况得到了明显改善,解决了油管断裂的故障。
        Against the fault of that the pipe coupling of oil pipe was broken down when fluid coupling was tested,the influence factors were analyzed from machining quality of pipe coupling,pipe coupling stress overloading,excessive vibration fault of oil etc.Analyses indicate:the main reason of oil pipe broken down is that oil pump vibration overrun.Pump vibration is significantly improved when the pump supporting structure was ameliorated,and the pipe broken problem was solved.
