摘要
目的 探讨与分析骨髓细胞和血小板参数联合检测应用到血液疾病临床诊断中的价值。方法 随机抽取98例患者,根据疾病类型将其分为再生障碍性贫血组(AA)29例,急性白血病组(AL)37例,特发性血小板减少性紫癜组(ITP)32例,另外选取同期来本院进行健康检查的35例正常人员作为对照组。对四组患者均行骨髓细胞检测与血小板检测。观察四组患者骨髓细胞检查结果以及血液各项指标检测结果。结果 AA组、AL组、ITP组患者PLT、PCT水平均低于对照组,ITP组患者MPV水平高于对照组,AA组、ITP组患者PDW水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。AA组骨髓增生程度显著下降,AL组、ITP组骨髓增生程度明显活跃;AA组、AL组、ITP组巨核细胞数均以幼稚型为主,血小板呈现出单个偶见分布;对照组巨核细胞数以成熟产板型为主,血小板呈现出成堆式分布。结论 骨髓细胞和血小板参数联合检测能够通过对人体内的血液各项水平及骨髓细胞情况进行分析,可以作为诊断血液疾病的主要方式。
        Objective To explore and analyze the value of combined detection of bone marrow cells and platelet parameters in clinical diagnosis of hematological diseases. Methods 98 patients were randomized and divided into 29 patients with aplastic anemia(AA), 37 patients with acute leukemia(AL), and 32 patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP) according to disease type. In the same period, 35 normal persons who came to our hospital for health examination were selected as the control group. Bone marrow cell and platelet tests were performed on the four groups of patients. Observed four groups of patients with bone marrow cell test results and blood test results. Results The levels of PLT and PCT in AA group, AL group and ITP group were lower than those in control group. The MPV levels in ITP group were higher than those in control group. The PDW levels in AA group and ITP group were higher than those in control group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The degree of myeloproliferation in AA group was significantly decreased. The degree of myeloproliferation in AL group and ITP group was significantly active. The number of megakaryocytes in AA group, AL group and ITP group was mainly infant-type, and the platelets showed a single occasional distribution; the number of megakaryocytes in control group was significantly increased. With mature plate production as the main form, platelets have a stacking distribution. Conclusion The combined detection of bone marrow cells and platelet parameters can be used to analyze blood levels and bone marrow cells in the human body, which can be used as the main method for diagnosis of blood diseases.
