海南霉素预混剂对鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫病的疗效试验

摘要
为研究海南霉素预混剂对鸡球虫病的疗效,采用人工感染的方式进行试验,并与盐霉素、莫能菌素、尼卡巴嗪、地克珠利相关制剂进行比较。选取180只健康雏鸡随机分为9组,每组20只,除健康对照组外,每只鸡经嗉囊接种柔嫩艾美耳球虫卵囊105个。海南霉素预混剂设低、中、高3个剂量组,海南霉素的浓度分别为2.5 mg/kg、7.5 mg/kg、12.5 mg/kg。受试药物与对照药物均经混饲给药,自由采食,连用9 d。结果显示:海南霉素预混剂连用9 d,低、中、高剂量组的平均抗球虫指数分别为122.4、164.1、159.8,海南霉素预混剂高、中剂量组能显著降低发病死亡率,对鸡柔嫩艾美耳球虫病有较好的疗效。
        To evaluate the curative effect of Hainanmycin premix on chicken coccidiosis, artificial infection was conducted and compared with the preparations of Salinomycin, Monensin, Nicarbazin and Diclazuril. One hundred and eighty healthy chicks were randomly divided into 9 groups, 20 birds in each. Except for the healthy control group,105 oocysts of Eimeria tenella were inoculated into the chickens via crop. The low, medium and high dose groups of Hainanmycin premix were 2.5 mg/kg, 7.5 mg/kg and 12.5 mg/kg respectively. The tested drug and comparative drugs were mixed into feed. The chickens were fed for ten days ad libitum. The results showed that ten days after a continuous use of drugs, ACI value of low, medium and high dose groups were 122.4, 164.1 and 159.8 respectively. Medium and high dose groups of Hainanmycin premix could significantly reduce the morbidity and mortality, and had a good effect against Eimeria tenella.
