摘要
目的对院前急救医务人员的心理健康状况进行调查,了解问题所在,分析原因,提出对策。方法选取2017年1~7月在海南省各个市县"120"急救中心参与院前急救工作的225名医务人员作为调查对象,采用一般情况调查表和医务人员症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行调查,并与国内常模进行对比。结果医护人员的SCL-90中躯体化、强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执8个因子评分均明显高于常模组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而精神病性评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);医务人员认为引起心理健康出现问题的主要原因包括单位的管理体制(65.3%)、薪酬分配不合理(65.3%)、医患关系(62.2%)、业务水平提高(61.3%)和个人安全(55.1%)。结论院前急救医务人员心理健康不容乐观,建议从领导重视、加强心理健康教育、提高业务水平、提高薪酬、加强个人安全措施等方面来维护。
        Objective To investigate the mental health status of pre-hospital emergency medical staff, and to understand the problems and analyze the reasons, in order to find corresponding countermeasures. Methods A total of225 medical staff who participated in pre-hospital emergency work in 120 emergency centers in Hainan Province from January 2017 to July 2017 were selected as survey respondents. The mental health status of the respondents was investigated by general symptom questionnaire and the Symptom Checklis-90(SCL-90), and then compared with that of the national norm. Results The scores of somatic, compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, terror, and paranoia in SCL-90 of medical staff were significantly higher than those of national norm(P<0.05), while the psychotic scores was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Medical staff believed that the main causes of mental health problems included the management system of the unit(65.3%), unreasonable salary distribution(65.3%), doctor-patient relationship(62.2%), increased business level(61.3%) and personal safety(55.1%). Conclusion The mental health of pre-hospital emergency medical staff is not optimistic. It is suggested to strengthen mental health education, improve professional skill, raise salary, and strengthen personal safety measures.
