摘要
[目的]了解县级公立医院医务人员工作感受度及相关影响因素,为推进县级公立医院改革提供参考。[方法]对江西省某县级公立医院的医务人员进行关于工作感受度的问卷调查,运用有序Logistic回归分析找出相关影响因素。[结果]共调查医务人员502名;岗位类别、管理职务对工作时间安排满意度、工作负荷感受度有显著影响(P <0.05);性别、岗位类别对绩效薪酬水平感知有显著影响(P <0.05)。[结论]该县级医院医务人员工作感受度较差,建议合理编制科室人员、完善薪酬分配管理体系来改善工作感受度。
Objective To understand working feeling and related influencing factors of medical staffs in county public hospitals so as to provide reference for promoting reform of county public hospitals.Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted to medical staffs in county public hospitals and used ordinal Logistic regression analysis to find related influencing factors.Results A total of 502 medical staffs were investigated.There was significant impacts on job category and managerial position to working hours satisfaction and workload feeling(P < 0.05),and as well in gender and post category to performance salary level perception.Conclusions The working feeling of medical staffs in county hospitals is poor.It is suggested that hospital should reasonably prepare department staffs,and perfect salary distribution management system so as to improve working feeling.
