摘要
为探究黏土外掺比例对磷尾矿砂性能的影响关系,以国道302 K19+005~K21+010路段施工为研究背景,设计黏土外掺比例30.0%、50.0%、70.0%、90.0%四类对比试验混合料,选取干密度与CBR强度指标,探究了磷尾矿砂外掺黏土混合料的性能,分析了混合料抗剪强度影响因素及机理。阐述了磷尾矿砂外掺黏土混合料在工程实践应用过程中的施工工艺与关键把控点,同时分析了该混合料的经济效益,最后得出结论:当磷尾矿砂内黏土外掺比例为50.0%时,混合料颗粒级配为最优状态,抗剪强度达到顶峰,CBR值最高,黏土掺磷尾矿砂具有较好的经济效益,值得推广应用。
In order to explore the influence relation of clay admixture ratio on the properties of phosphate tailing sand, four kinds of contrast test mixtures with clay admixture ratio of 30.0%, 50.0%, 70.0% and 90.0% are designed by taking the construction of section 302 K19+005~K21+010 of national highway as the research background. The dry density and CBR strength indexes are selected to explore the properties of clay mixtures with phosphate tailing sand, and the influencing factors and mechanism of shear strength of mixtures are analyzed. The construction technology and key control points of clay admixture with phosphate tailing sand in the process of engineering practice application are elaborated, and meanwhile the economic benefits of the mixture are analyzed. Finally, the conclusion is obtained: when the clay admixture ratio in phosphate tailing sand is 50.0%, the particle size distribution of the mixture is optimal, the shear strength reaches the peak, the CBR value is the highest, and the clay mixed with phosphate tailing sand has better economic efficiency. It is worth popularizing and applying.
